DARLENE B. LACY
CANASERAGA-Darlene B. Lacy, 49, died Tuesday (August 25, 1998). She was born May 7, 1949 in Dansville to Neil and Bernice Smart-Price.
She was a member of the Garwoods Methodist Church, WNY Draft Horse Club and she and her husband Leon owned and operated the Lacy Feed Store in Canaseraga.
She was predeceased by her father, Neil Price, and father-in-law. Hugh Lacy. She is survived by her mother, Bernice Price of Rochester, mother-in-law, Esther Lacy of Garwoods; her husband, Leon; one daughter, Dawn (Scott) Hamsher of Dansville; two sons, Brian (Kelly) Lacy of Swain and Stephen (Colleen) Lacy of Lime; five grandchildren, Gcramie, Lacy, Devon, Kyle and Adam; two brothers, Audit Price of Rochester, and Neil (Mary) Price, Jr. of Dansville; and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Mann’s Funeral Home in Canaseraga from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Garwoods Methodist Church, with Pastor Ethel Kelsey and Rev. Olson Clark officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Garwoods Methodist Church in her memory would be appreciated.
