Miss Mary Murphy Dies at Stone Dam

Miss Mary A. Murphy, 70, died at her home in nearby Stone Dam at 4 o’clock this morning. She was a lifelong resident of Alma Township.
Miss Murphy was born February 28, 1871 in Alma a daughter of Michael and Ann Moran Murphy.
Three brothers survive: Tomas J. Murphy and James E. Murphy, both of Wellsville and Simon Murphy, Titusville, Pa. A nephew, Francis Murphy of Titusville, also survives. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church here.
Services will be held Monday morning at 9:30 o’clock in the church. The Very Rev. P.C. Tracy will officiate with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
