Ferd J. Phillips, the second son of B. M. Phillips, died at their home in Willing on Thursday evening, at seven o’clock. Funeral services will occur at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon. Deceased was a very estimable young man and had thus early in life established a name for integrity, uprightness and the general qualities that go to make a good man and a valuable citizen.
