FRANCES M. MUISINER

BELMONT -- Frances M. Muisiner, 98, formerly of 4 Willets Avenue died Sunday (April 13, 2003) in the Town of Scio from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

She was born January 19, 1905 in New Haven, CT., a daughter of Nicholas Soby and Lydia (Morrow) Soby. On October 21, 1942, she married Frank G. Muisiner, who predeceased her on May 23, 1953.

Frances was a long time employee of the Motor Vehicles Department at the Allegany County Courthouse and was the bookkeeper at Felix Motors, in Belmont, for many years.

She was a member of the St. Philips Episcopal Church in, Belmont, and was a current resident of Manor Hills in Wellsville

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation.

Friends are invited to the funeral service on Tuesday (April 22, 2003) at 11 a.m. at St. Philips Episcopal Church in Belmont. The Reverend Dawn Barrett will officiate at the service.

Burial will be in Kane Cemetery, Kane, PA.

Memorials may be made to St. Philips Church, or the Belmont Free Library or to the SPCA Serving Allegany County.
