Mrs. Chester McEnroe

Mrs Mable McEnroe, 71, of 114 E. Pearl St., died Monday afternoon at Mary's Nursing Home. She was the widow of the late Chester McEnroe, whom she married Nov. 15, 1917.

Mrs McEnroe was born June 16, 1893 in North Dakota, a daughter of Sherman B. and Margaret Crandall Maxson. She had resided here most of her life.

Surviving are four sons, Donovan, Chester and Robert all of this place and Thomas of Owensboro, KY; a brother Weldon Maxson; and a sister Miss Maude Maxson, both of Bolivar.

Mrs.  McEnroe was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, St. Margaret's Guild, the Order of Eastern Star, Lady Elks, Business and Professional Women's Club, Golden Age Club and Ladies Association of the Country Club.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 PM in St, John's Church by the Rev Thomas Murray,  Pastor. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Embser Funeral Home from 2-5 and 7-9 PM, beginning tonight.
