A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE Rush Creek Wesleyan Church was held on Wednesday and it was voted to abandon the church.

The site of the church was sold to the Caneadea Power Corporation as it will be covered with water and as the all of the lower part of the valley will be flooded it was felt unnecessary to move the church as it would not be a great distance from the Bellville church.

A parsonage will be built at Bellville for the pastor.
