Obituary for Irene E. Dannheim
IRENE E. DANNHEIM
Irene E. Dannheim, a former resident of Madison Street, died Sunday (Nov. 7, 1982) at Wellsville Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 27, 1897 in Belvidere, a daughter of William and Hattie Huffman Hartman.
She had been a resident of the Wellsville area all her life. She was a graduate of Angelica High School. She was a member of First Trinity Lutheran Church in Wellsville.
On Sept. 8, 1915 in Belvidere she married Frederick E. Dannheim, who died in 1954.
She is survived bya daughter, Mrs. Gilbert (Ruth M.) Taylor of Wellsville; two sons, William H. Dannheim of Fayetteville, and Arthur R. Dannheim of Wellsville; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a sister, Iona Swarthout of Scio; a brother, DeForrest Hartman of Wellsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Embser Funeral Home, where funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Donald Schroeder, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Wellsville.
