Herman E. Lehman

Herman E. Lehman of Water St., died Friday, September 27, 1974 at his home.

He was born in Leetonia, Pa., the son of Charles and Carolyn Weaver Lehman, on January 18, 1882. He was married to the former Maude Wheeler on July 17, 1902, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Lehman was a member of the Andover Baptist Church, and was retired from Worthington Turbine Co.

Surviving are eight sons, W. Herman Lehman of Hornell, Charles D. Lehman, Harold Lehman, Raymond Lehman, Burton Lehman, George Lehman, Wilbur Lehman, Arthur Lehman, all of Andover; two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Mary) Kemp of Andover and Mrs. Fred (Loleta) Strong of Wellsville; two brothers, Fred Lehman of Miami Beach, Florida; 23 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Friends were received Saturday at the James B. Mulholland Funeral Home, Church Street, Andover, whre funeral and committal services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Floyd Aldrich, pastor of the Andover Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
