Chester A. McEnroe, Wellsville, oil producer, died Sunday night (May 14, 1950) in the Rochester General Hospital. Mr. McEnroe was born in the Town of Alma July 12, 1894 and was for some years the Supervisor of the Town of Alma.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mable Maxson McEnroe; five sons, Donovan McEnroe, Thomas McEnroe, Chester McEnroe, and Robert McEnroe all of Wellsville. two children William McEnroeSrt. and Mrs. Estella Hallock, both of Wellsville.

Mr. McEnroe was past exalted ruler of the Wellsville Lodge of Elks, a Mason, and member of the Exchange Club and of St. John's Episcopal Church, Wellsville.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon (May 17, 1950) at 2 PM at the home. The Rev L A. Peatross will officiate and burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
