Mrs. Grace Sanford

Private funeral services were held this afternoon in the family home in Almond for Mrs. Grace Lee Sanford, who died Friday evening following a long illness. The Rev. Frank Karr and the Rev. F. W. Jackson officiated and burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Almond.

Mrs. Sanford was born January 6, 1880, in the town of Almond. She was a member of the Almond Union of Churches, Philathea Class,Almond Grange and 20th Century Club.

Surviving are her husband, Adelbert Sanford; three daughters, the Misses Pauline and Vera Sanford at home and Mrs. Henry Benthin of Elba; three sisters, Mrs. John D. Conderman of Hornell, Mrs. Jesse Bumside of Canaseraga and Miss Harriett Bailey of Almond;  two grandchildren.
