OBITUARY

Mrs. Ida Jordan, Clarksville, Dies
April 23, 1943 - Mrs. Ida Lucretia (Kingsbury) Jordan died Thursday morning (Apr 22, 1943) at 6:20 o'clock at her home
on Jordan Hill near Clarksville, NY.  Death followed a long illness.  She was born Oct 1869 in New Hudson, NY, daughter of
Daniel and Mary Jane (Lobdell) Kingsbury.
She married 1 Jun 1891 in Clarksville to Cassius M. Jordan, son of John J. Jordan and Almira M. (Davie) Jordan.  Ida gave
birth to 12 children, 11 of whom lived to maturity.
Glenn Garfield; b 1892; Jesse James b 1893; Rose May b 1897; Dewey John b 1898; Myra Jane b 1900; Wesley abt 1903; d.y.;
Hazel Rowena b 1903; Theodore Francis b 1905; Lillian Pauline b 1908; Guy Clifford b 1910; Lee Cassius b 1912 and Herbert
Wesley b 1914.
Mrs. Jordan's body was taken to Loop Funeral Home in Bolivar where funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon (April 24, 1943) at 2:30 o'clock.  The Rev. L.M. Casler, pastor of the United Brethren Church of Obi will officate.  Burial will be in the West Genesee Cemetery at Obi.
